The Skills module is where skills live in Parcel. Everyone finds the skills shared with them and turns them on for Claude and other AI apps. Authors add skills, edit their files, and keep them in step with Git.

What admins can switch off
Admins switch features under Admin, Features, in the Skills section. The catalog and the connector are part of every workspace.

A feature that is off disappears from the hub, and Parcel refuses it everywhere else too, including the CLI and the REST API. What it holds stays stored and comes back when the feature is on again. A feature your Parcel provider has not made available reads Not available for this workspace and cannot be switched on.
